Rechat Websites Are Live

Current image: Rechat Websites

A brokerage changes constantly.

A new agent joins. A listing goes live. Another goes pending. Someone updates a headshot. A client leaves a new review. A new lead comes in.

All of that information already exists somewhere inside the business. Yet for years, the website has often lived separately, requiring someone to update the same information again, maintain another system, or send another request to another vendor.

With Rechat Websites, that changes.

Rechat Websites are live for brokerages, teams, and agents, bringing the website onto the same connected platform that already powers their CRM, marketing, transactions, and AI.

The idea is simple: your website should know what your brokerage knows.

From Property Websites to the Entire Brokerage

Rechat has been building websites with AI since 2023.

Lucy, Rechat’s AI, has been able to create property websites in under a minute, turning a process that could take days into something an agent can request almost instantly. Now that same technology has expanded to full websites for brokerages, teams, and agents.

The brokerage site. Team sites. Every agent’s site. All of them are generated from the roster, listings, testimonials, and client data already inside Rechat.

Add an agent in Rechat. Refresh the site. It’s already live.

Agent sites pull in listings, sold history, bios, and client reviews from Testimonials, so agents don’t have to maintain a separate version of their business just for the web.

Brokerages already live on Rechat Websites include Surterre Properties, Acropolis Realty Group, and Clay Stapp + Co.

The Website Becomes Part of the Business

“There’s always been websites,” Shayan Hamidi, Rechat’s founder and CEO, told Inman. “But there’s a major shift happening, and it’s about the role of the website.”

Shayan describes three eras. In the 2000s, websites got brokerages online. From around 2010, polished templates and SEO took over. Now the website has to function as part of the business itself.

His shorthand: the website is the eyes and ears of the brokerage, and Rechat is the brain that acts on what it sees.

That only works when the two are connected. Site activity, like which listings a prospect lingers on, which searches they save, and what content they engage with, feeds back into Rechat’s CRM, where Lucy can use it to curate content and emails. Shayan compares it to watching shoppers in a store pick products up and put them back down.

Leads from a brokerage site route into Rechat’s CRM, where admins can track follow-up. Leads from an agent’s site go directly to that agent.

That creates a much shorter path from someone showing interest online to an agent knowing about it and taking action.

Built for AI Agents, Not Just Search Engines

There is another shift happening at the same time.

Consumers are increasingly asking ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to help them find an agent, understand a neighborhood, or decide which business to contact.

“The next visitor to your website is probably not a person anymore,” Shayan said. “It’s probably an AI agent that’s deciding whether they should recommend you or not.”

The broader data points the same way. According to Cloudflare data reported by NBC News, automated traffic, including AI agents, now accounts for about 57% of requests to web pages, compared with about 43% from people. It is the first time bots have passed humans online.

That changes what makes a website useful. A beautiful site and traditional SEO still matter, but AI systems rank sources differently than search crawlers do. They look for credible, quantifiable, local information, and a static site that was built once and left alone will lose out to one that is continuously fed with live listings, local information, and fresh reviews.

Rechat Websites are optimized for AI answer engines and traditional search. Because they’re connected to the system the brokerage already runs on, they stay current instead of slowly falling out of date.

Your Brand Still Comes First

Every brokerage has its own identity, and its website should feel like it belongs to that company, its agents, and the market it serves. Rechat Websites are designed around each brand, while the connected platform handles what is happening underneath.

One Less System to Keep Updated

Traditionally, adding a website vendor can mean maintaining another roster, another listing feed, another source for testimonials, another lead inbox, another contract, and another support relationship.

Rechat Websites use information the brokerage is already managing in Rechat. The website becomes another expression of the same business rather than another copy of it.

And brokerages don’t have to abandon a website partner they already love. Rechat continues to integrate with website partners, so customers who are happy with their existing sites can keep them and continue sending leads into Rechat.

A Website That Knows When Your Business Changes

Your brokerage changes every week. Your website should know when it does.

An agent joins, they’re live. A listing changes, the site reflects it. A new lead raises their hand, it reaches Rechat. An AI agent comes looking for credible information about your brokerage, your site is ready for that too.

That is what we’ve built with Rechat Websites. The same connected platform that powers your relationships, marketing, transactions, and AI now powers the place where much of your business begins: your website.
