Built for leaders. Driven by community.
Innovation doesn’t happen in a boardroom.
It happens when agents, brokers, technology and marketing experts share what’s working and what will make it better.
This summer we launched House of Rechat, our new community. It’s an invitation-only online group for the agents, brokers, team leaders, marketing teams, tech teams and administrators who run their business on the Rechat.
Two months in, it has more than 2,000 members from 178 brokerages, including The Agency, SERHANT., ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Surterre Properties, Nest Realty, milehimodern, Dickson Realty and Carolina One Real Estate.
About 175 new members join every week.
Everyone in the room is a Rechat user.
Membership is verified with your Rechat account. No vendors, no lurkers, no one selling anything.
That changes the conversation.
People ask real questions and get answers from people who solved the same problems.
The people building the product are in the room too.
House of Rechat runs on a monthly calendar. Live community calls with our founder, leadership, and our product team.
Guest speaker sessions. Feature previews before public release. Member spotlights. Hands-on resource guides. Monthly themes such as lead conversion, marketing and pipeline growth.
The calendar is led by Clair Barha, our Head of Community and Advocacy, and she built it the way the best brokerages build onboarding: a place where a new agent can learn the system and a veteran can learn what’s next.
The best innovation comes from members, not a boardroom.
So far this year, we’ve shipped more than 400 custom feature requests.
House of Rechat shortens that loop.
A member posts what they need, the product team sees it the same day, and every other member benefits from what they asked for.
What members are getting out of it.
Guest sessions so far have come from Katy Borja, Director of Marketing at Dickson Realty, on personal branding for agents, and from Surterre Properties’ Alicia Mendez and Kamerly Tyler on database re-engagement and relationship marketing.
Marketing leaders say the exchange of ideas gives them new ways to support their agents.
Members describe the same thing from the agent side. Relationships with agents at other brokerages that turn into referrals.
Faster learning on the system. A reason to open the app that has nothing to do with a transaction.
Why now.
We are seeing the biggest shift real estate has been through since the internet.
The agents and brokers who win the next three years will be the ones who focus on relationships, in person, while AI handles the work that used to take up most of your day.
Nobody should go through that shift alone.
House of Rechat is our members in the same room with the people building the product, figuring out the future together.
