It is hard to believe that we are completing our tenth year of Rechat.
What began as a simple belief that real estate technology should reduce friction, not add to it, has grown into an operating platform trusted by tens of thousands of agents and many of the most respected brokerages in the industry.
In 2025, the real estate market faced one of its most disciplined stretches in decades. Transaction volume remained tight. Every cost was scrutinized. Every tool had to earn its place. In that environment, Rechat did not slow down. We accelerated.
This year marked significant growth for Rechat. Our customer base more than tripled last year, and more than doubled again this year. We also made significant investments in expanding our leadership team. Today, tens of thousands of agents rely on Rechat daily across leading brokerages that include Douglas Elliman, LPT International & Apeture Global Real Estate, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, Carolina One, Peerage Realty Partners, SERHANT., Nest Realty, Rogers Healy and Associates, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, RETSY, Better Homes & Gardens The Good Life Group, Higgins Group Private Brokerage, and many others. These were not quick decisions. They were the result of long evaluations by discerning operators choosing Rechat as their long-term technology partner.
This year was defined by market and technology shifts the entire industry is feeling.
AI is no longer the shiny new object. It is operational. It is reshaping how time is spent, how decisions are made, and how businesses scale. At the same time, brokerages are done chasing more tools. They want fewer logins, better data, and systems that connect instead of compete.
That reality shaped every decision we made.
We launched Lucy, our AI Agent Assistant, designed to support agents rather than replace them. Lucy creates stunning property websites in seconds, turns complex workflows into simple conversations, creates marketing plans and proactive communications allowing professionals to spend less time managing systems and more time serving clients. AI at Rechat is not experimental. It is practical and embedded directly into the brokerage and agent’s daily workflow.
We also deepened the core infrastructure that actually determines whether a brokerage can scale. Transactions, compliance, forms, accounting, and backend workflows are not glamorous problems, but they are the ones that matter most. Our integrations with Follow Up Boss, SkySlope, Loft47, Figma, and more than sixty additional partners were not about adding features. They were about completing systems and reducing friction from first marketing a listing through the close of a deal.
Along the way, the industry took notice.
Rechat was recognized as the Inman Innovator Company of the Year, received Inman’s AI Award for Best AI Powered Platform, was named a HousingWire Tech Trendsetter and Tech 100, honored on the Swanepoel Power 200, recognized as a RISMedia Newsmaker, and finished Best in Class across eight categories on the T3 Sixty Tech 200. One app, eight categories, what an honor. These acknowledgments matter because they reflect real usage, real trust, and real outcomes.
What matters even more is what we hear directly from customers.
Brokerage leaders tell us they finally have visibility into their business. Agents tell us they are spending less time managing technology and more time doing their job. That is the signal we care about most.
As we look ahead to 2026, the opportunity is clear. Brokerages are not moving away from platforms. They are investing more deeply in the right ones. Systems that are flexible without being fragmented. Powerful without being overwhelming. Built for how modern real estate actually operates.
Ten years in, our mission has not changed. We are here to build technology that respects the complexity of real estate while making it simpler to run.
